FILM2FUTURE
Our grant provides computers for an additional cohort of 20 students per year, ages 14-18, to participate in a 4-week summer intensive program with industry professionals, legendary filmmakers, and thought leaders in the media landscape, as well as year-round workshops including writing, editing masterclasses, and pitch sessions. Film2Future is creating a pipeline of diverse talent, by providing more opportunities for underserved youth, who lack training and connections, and view a career in the film industry as completely unattainable, despite living in the shadow of the Hollywood sign. Each student graduates with a creative reel, competitive resume, networking interview skills, and an industry mentor.
